One of the main requirements for the regularization of products to be marketed in Brazilian territory is the need to have a company duly constituted under local laws.
This company will be legally responsible for any and all situations involving the products distributed by it, and the rules and guidelines are described in Resolution n⍛715</span > for ANATEL and Ordinance 200/2021 for INMETRO.
In view of this requirement, MODERACON offers national representation to the foreign manufacturer so that it can appear as applicant and holder of the certificate approval process, in addition to advising your business model on the available alternatives.
This modality brings more flexibility and freedom to distributors and manufacturers, as both could suspend their commercial relations, finding new partners without losing the certification, approval and/or registration that has already been authorized. In addition to providing the regularization of equipment without having yet signed a commercial agreement with local distributors.
An important caveat is that we will not sell or provide technical assistance for the products in Brazil. For this and other questions, we will establish a specific contract detailing the operation and aligning expectations.
