Customer provides Moderacon with technical information about the product for the Model Technical Approval (ATM) quote.
Moderacon, analyzes the product and its characteristics, defines the approval plan and requests a budget from Inmetro and the main laboratories involved.
Laboratories analyze the tests applied and issue the commercial testing proposal.
Moderacon analyzes and compares the test list, negotiates the conditions and price, gathers the information, and presents the client with the best market option.
Client approves Moderacon’s commercial proposal.
Moderacon performs the registration operation and the process management with Inmetro’s orchestra system guides the preparation and sending of samples, and documents, monitors the tests, and performs the filling out of statements, always keeping the client informed about the evolution and conclusion of the Model Technical Approval process.
The laboratory performs the tests foreseen in the regulations and issues the test report.
Client sends samples to Inmetro to perform the General Examination, if applicable for the measuring instrument.
Inmetro analyzes the test results and the documents prepared by Moderacon and issues the Instrument Approval Ordinance.
